Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales experience or direct exposure to one-on-one consultative selling. As a Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless patient experience and providing exceptional care throughout their plastic surgery journey.


Experience Required:

  • Experience in sales in a fast-paced environment. Or direct exposure to consultative selling ideally in plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient consultations and appointments with plastic surgeons. Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to patients
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Educate patients on plastic surgery procedures and recovery processes
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
