Do you enjoy interacting with customers? Are you searching for a role where you can apply your customer service skills? Our client is expanding their customer service team and is seeking Customer Service Representatives with prior customer-facing experience.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective is to represent brands in a manner that enhances customer loyalty, fosters positive experiences, and contributes to our clients' overall success and reputation. You'll engage in in-person presentations, conversations, and lead-generation activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and market share among Watford residents, workers, and shoppers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face and voice of our clients, embodying their values and brand identity in all customer interactions.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and leave a lasting, positive impression.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Provide personalized experiences that make customers feel valued and appreciated from the initial point of contact.
  •  Undergo comprehensive training to confidently represent client products/services.
  •  Shadow experienced professionals to learn effective lead-generation strategies.
  •  Proactively generate leads through engaging conversations and promotional activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers to drive new acquisitions and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
