Commercial Roofing Service and Repair Technician

Mid-Western Commercial Roofers, Inc. employs fully trained, safety oriented,

experienced workmen who are certified to install various Membrane Systems, Modified Bitumen Systems, and conventional BUR Systems.

We are actively seeking qualified applicants to join our company's Service Department. This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of commercial roofs in Mobile, AL. and surrounding areas.

Requirements and/or responsibilities:

• Construction experience is required and knowledge of all flat roof systems is preferred.

• Experience in working on commercial roofing systems and some metal experience is preferred.

• Have a valid driver license and have had a valid license for at least two years.

• Ability to learn and work with cloud based software from a phone and/or tablet.

• Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds and ability to climb ladders.

• Perform roofing service repairs and/or inspections.

• Maintain the current customer base and relationships.

• Build and maintain new customer relationships.

• You MUST be able to pass a drug screen.

• Occasional over-night travel.

• Good written and verbal communication skills along with organizational skills are needed for this position

• Safe operation of tools and equipment

• Follow OSHA regulations and Company safety procedures while on site.
