Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the regional sales team as it pertains to producer management, product development, lead generation and sales efforts.
Coordinate new producer appointments including managing the onboarding process and systems set up.Manage all producer information in the Surety systems including contracts, commissions, system access and relationship hierarchies.
Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and content directed to our Tier 3 and Tier 4 producers to grow and retain written premium, drive engagement and nurture relationships (video, webinars, follow up campaigns)Prepare sales presentation and meeting materials such as print & digital content, power point and video for the field and assist with follow up efforts / activitiesManage distribution of Powers of Attorney, Corporate Seals and marketing materials for all Surety producersProvide excellent Customer Service to our producers and staff as it relates to producer data, access, training and marketing via phone and email queueEducation & Experience
Typically requires an associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field3 years of related experience OR equivalent level of education and experienceKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to use analytical methods and processes to find workable solutions.Knowledge of insurance industry and sales-marketing preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills.Proficient computer skills;
