Mission
To provide World Class Human Resource administrative support that perpetuates and enhances the Levy culture and business philosophy. Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication, management and leadership skills.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- All performance standards are achieved through the use of the Core Signature Guidelines while focusing on smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist in performing orientations and creating presentation materials
- Complete all projects in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain Human Resources files in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines
- Responsible for all data entry and updates to HRIS and related tracking spreadsheets
- Perform file audits to ensure that all required personnel documentation is collected, maintained and tracked
- Maintain strong partnerships with all vendors and departments
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure

- English reading and writing skills required
- Strong communication skills
- Possess extensive computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint of most importance)
- Previous HR experience or HR internship a plus
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing employee relations practices
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Degree in Human Resources or related field desired, but not required
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required
