Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding clients in smart fitness training and boxing/kickboxing skills. You have to provide the fitness and sports training background. We train you in the kickboxing skills!
We will invest our skills and training in to the right person who can help us carry on the vision and build something fresh. We have been thriving for the past 13 years as MA Fitness and providing the ultimate boxing sport conditioning program. We are established and looking for a person who can grow with us for the next 3-5 years and beyond.
You must be willing to go through our basic training camp (which all instructors go through) to teach our style of class plus an ongoing training program which develops skills to an elite level
Duties
- Design and implement engaging, challenging and smart training programs for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Provide individualized coaching and instruction to clients, focusing on proper technique
- Organize and motivate a team of several existing instructors
- Lead large group classes in a high energy environment, step by step, sweat for sweat
- Identify form issues and provide fixes in real time
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean facility - Must be able to clean and have a desire to provide a high level of hospitality
- Collaborate with other coaches and teachers to develop training programs
- Participate in professional development of skills and leadership
Skills
- Experience working with client of various fitness and skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of kinesiology and programming
- Ability to teach and demonstrate all fitness movements at an elite level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to educate and motivate clients to reach their full potential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
