Our Client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and deploying simple to moderately complex NetSuite technical solutions that meet clients' business requirements. As part of this work, you will liaise with functional resources to help gather client requirements, create solution documentation, and guide internal and client testing. This is a mid-level position that requires solid technical knowledge, good client management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams. This position reports to the Manager of the Technical Services team and works in conjunction with both junior and senior technical and functional resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, test, and implement, with assistance from functional resources and client subject matter experts, simple to moderately complex NetSuite technical solutions. Solutions will include elements such as scripted customizations, reports/searches (SQL/SuiteQL), and technical form modifications (HTML and FreeMarker).
- Assist senior technical services resources with the creation and testing of more complex NetSuite technical customizations and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to functional project teams as requested.
- Provide ongoing client support for technical solutions built and deployed by the technical services team.
- Assist with troubleshooting and modification of existing technical customizations for clients engaged with the Managed Services team.
- Stay informed about the latest NetSuite technical features, enhancements, and updates, and recommend best practices to clients and internal resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in designing, documenting, testing, implementing, and supporting simple to moderately complex technical NetSuite solutions.
- Solid understanding of the NetSuite platform, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, FreeMarker, and other programming languages and technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and to work collaboratively across internal teams.
- NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundations, SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteAnalytics preferred.
- Experience with other ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus but not required.
