The Kentucky Department for Public Health (KDPH) is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual who possesses social media and website knowledge to serve as the Administrative Coordinator providing support for the Commissioner's Office.
The candidate for this position needs to be a fast learner, team player, possess excellent verbal and written skills, and have the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and management. The successful candidate needs to be professional, polite, attentive to detail, maintaining confidentiality and have the ability to multi-task as well as coordinating and managing website redesign and maintaining websites.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating and designing content for Kentucky Department for public Health (KDPH)'s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook and Twitter).
- Overseeing Kentucky's official COVID-19 website (KYcovid19.ky.gov ).
- Supporting design, maintenance, and assistance with DPH websites, assisting with designing infographic content (one-pagers/flyers and slides).
- Generating replies to public inquires from CHFS KY KYCOVID19 and CHFS Listens, including working with staff to collect information and provide responses to questions.
- Composing monthly division reports to be presented to the Secretary's Office in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
- Assisting with special projects assigned by the Executive Staff, creating and executing schedules.
- Maintaining an effective workflow in the Commissioner's Office.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to organize complex projects.
- Capacity to learn and successfully use new software tools.
