Your Impact:We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced, client-focused Construction Manager to join us in Kansas City, MO. In this position you will be responsible for delivering municipal water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects and assisting in the growth and development of the wastewater market sector within our Missouri Operations.
Join us as a Construction Manager on a multidiscipline design team focused on water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects where you will plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop your less experienced staff.
Bring your leadership to help define and advance our water/wastewater business development strategies, while building and managing relationships with key municipal clients.
Here’s What You’ll Need: - At least 15 years of experience along with a strong technical background in Construction Management
- At least 10 years of experience working as a general contractor for federal, state or municipal governments.
- Proven project leadership experience for complex, multidiscipline, design projects
- Progressive business development skills and knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan market
Ideally You'll Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Constructionm or Engineering
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certificate
