About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Strategy to join our team. The Director of Business Development & Strategy is responsible for the direction and coordination of the growth and profitability of the company. The primary responsibilities include driving and implementing targeted strategies for optimal growth, aligning business development processes and procedures with the company’s strategic business goals, identifying and securing business development opportunities, and acquiring ideal clients while keeping within the company’s mission and overall objectives of the organization.
Coordinate business opportunities and projects with the Director of Technical Operations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads to the growth of the business.
- Participate in meetings with senior management to discuss strategy and operational objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members and hold regular team meetings.
- Assist with Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Document requirements, feature sets, and other key criteria, setting development schedules and tracking metrics.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise, troubleshooting problems and mentoring team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Working knowledge of the medical and telemedicine industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in the telemedicine industry
- Experience in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has overall supervisory responsibility for the sales team.
Work Environment:
This job is performed onsite in Wixom, MI
