Build your career at Iress! The change analyst will work directly with the BUs and group functions across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes. The change analyst is expected to support the change lead and management services for the PMO and broader initiatives relating to the PMO functions Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with: Understanding change at the enterprise level Analysing a business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change and to what level that impact needs to be managed Proposing solutions to reduce any unfavorable impacts of organisational changes Meeting and presenting to executive stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member Evaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoption Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project Mentoring Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities What you will bring: 3 years of experience within Change Management roles Experience managing change across multiple streams of a large, complex program Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage A Change Management qualification Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills Robust and able to stand own ground, able to deliver difficult news to senior management, willing to challenge the viability of a business case Why work with us? 8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekends Hybrid working Generous cash bonus for every successful referral Annual Profit Share when Iress meets its annual profit targets Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives Discounted health insurance premiums Access to learning and development programs through Udemy Iress is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
