Overview

The Production Lead will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This position requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for production personnel. Effectively motivate, train and communicate with staff to assure superior levels of production, safety, reliability, and quality.
• Ensure that there are adequate materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for personnel to do their jobs and maintain continuous efficient production.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards. Strive to improve quality and manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.

Requirements and Skills Needed to Succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
