Summary of Position:

Establish and operate a recruitment plan for talent in various fields for onsite and other expansion locations. Responsible for overseeing a company organizational strategy that focuses on attracting and retaining high quality candidates and a diverse workforce.


Corporate:

  • Adheres to the HTGSS policies and procedures
  • Learns, demonstrates and upholds HTGSS Core Values
  • Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and procedures
  • Treats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesy
  • Always strives to maintain a positive work environment
  • Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget
  • Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned

EHS

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
  • Meets company safety goals

Technical:

  • Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods
  • Identify recruiting sources and develop new methods to attract talent
  • Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications
  • Work with hiring manager to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Confer with management to identify job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
  • Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews
  • Extends offers and negotiates compensation
  • Initiates onboarding plan for new hires
  • Coordinate communication with applicants to include interview scheduling, travel coordination, preparation of employment offers for employees, and management of new hire packets
  • Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruitment support for major managers and HR leaders in other located sites
  • Analyze current recruitment process to identify issues and share finding with HOD and HR leaders in the Americas.
  • Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends for the recruitment
  • Providing details of headcount and recruiting reports as needed.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Ability to work extended hours, overtime and/or weekends as required


The employee generally works in indoor office and warehouse environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.


Software Skills Required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping
  • Strong understanding of HRIS
