What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Highland Square Family Vet?
A Customer Service Representative is a very important role in our hospital. This employee greets all clients & patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, handles refill authorization requests via online pharmacies as well as internal pharmacy. This employee is responsible for invoicing clients out for services rendered, accepting and processing payments, educating clients of services that we offer and medications we recommend, communicating client and patient needs to the doctor. This employee needs to be proficient in working with a computer and willing to learn our software system, Cornerstone. This employee needs to be a great multi tasker and able to perform multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced, family welcoming environment.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
