The Land Acquisition Manager is accountable for identifying, researching, and contracting prospective land opportunities suitable for acquisition and development, playing a vital role in achieving our growth objectives through strategic vision. This specific role is responsible for overseeing our land acquisition opportunities within our South Washington markets.
Responsibilities Include:
You are a self-starter and self-disciplined to build a network and leads with landowners while directing land acquisition opportunities. With a strong understanding of land use in your assigned region, you will contribute to and empower others to contribute to the growth objectives. Your strategic thinking, negotiations skills, and decisiveness allow you to navigate complex agreements, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships with other parties. Your commitment to continuous learning keeps you updated with industry trends, enhancing your ability to identify suitable opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders help you facilitate successful outcomes, aligning with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.

Hayden Homes’ offers a competitive total rewards package consisting of base salary, quarterly bonuses, annual profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits. The target hiring salary for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 with generous bonus opportunity. What You Can Offer:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
