Seeking Experienced Nurse Practitioners for Clinical Trial Patient Home Visits
Hawthorne Health, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for experienced Cardiac Sonographers to join our growing HERO community and network of clinicians who bring the clinical trial assessment to patients anytime, anywhere. We are looking for Heroes to support home visits in specific regions for new studies in clinical trials we are working on.

The role of the HERO Cardiac Sonographer role and responsibilities:
- Complete echocardiograms in patient's home
- Local and regional visits may require some travel (within identified region)
Requirements:
- Valid state driver's license, car registration/insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Pass a background check
- Availability to visit patients on a short notice
