**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing/ad team in various administrative tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and providing general support to our Communications department. This position is on-site in our Seal Beach office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our community services and various offerings.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports.
- Help organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist Communications Manager with social media monitoring trends.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Pay Range for the position is $24.15 to $32.99/hour
