We are a mobile wound care clinic seeking a skilled, organized, and friendly candidate to join our healthcare team in Southlake TX.
You will perform a combination of various administrative and clerical tasks within a wound care office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls from patients, staff, and clients.
- Handle high-volume inquiries by phone and email, providing information regarding services offered.
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and faxing.
- Consistently exhibit a high level of reliability and maintain an unwavering commitment to impeccable attendance.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the medical office.
- Can build and foster teamwork and collaboration
- Able to stay calm and level-headed in tense and hectic situations
- Can juggle multiple tasks during the course of the day
- Can keep a high level of energy throughout a long day, a long week, and a long season
- Can listen carefully and learn quickly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office
- eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable on phones, required
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally.
- Stable work history is essential, as these positions offer career growth opportunities.

Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
