Job Overview

We are actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager to take the lead on pivotal task orders within our organization. This role is paramount in ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing diverse teams, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is both timely and of high quality.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Engage collaboratively with government stakeholders and contractors while supporting Agile methodologies.
• Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors monthly.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at transforming and consolidating systems, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
• Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all project deliverables.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication through both written and verbal channels to align with team and client objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams for seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
