What are the responsibilities and job description for the Move-In Coordinator position at Generations LLC?
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Move-In Coordinator is primarily responsible for the smooth transition of a new resident into the Community and will assist the Sales Director in increasing overall census at the community. Additionally, they will be responsible for assisting the Sales Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, email inquiries; touring qualifying prospects; and database management as needed.
SCOPE OF JOB TASKS:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate all move ins and transfers and follow all move in procedures.
- Liaison with resident, family members, each department, and outside vendors to ensure that we are providing an excellent and seamless move in.
- Conduct resident agreement signings, provide new resident orientation after signing of agreement, give tours, receive, and organize deposits as needed.
- Assist in maintaining room-readiness records and communicate with all departments necessary to ensure rent-ready apartments for prospects and new residents.
- Use Sherpa CRM system to track lead generation, sales activities, prospect readiness, and referral source success in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist Sales Director with Sales and Marketing plans as needed
- Perform all other duties as requested by Sales Director or Executive Director

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Positive attitude and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
- Strong communications skills necessary. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently, collect data and accurately record.
- Knowledge of health and lifestyle issues of seniors highly desired
- At least two years of sales experience highly desired
