Job Description:
GB Cleaning Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. As part of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and building strong relationships with clients in need of top-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and close sales for our cleaning services by securing clients for a minimum of 12 months.
- Work to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to provide the best solutions.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and present service agreements for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize and hit sales targets.
- Create Sales material to present to customers
Compensation:
- First 6 months: 20% commission on the first 3 months of service for each new client signed to a minimum 12-month agreement.
- After 6 months: A base salary will be added, and commission will be reduced to 5% on all additional service agreements.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company.
