We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
Office:
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Weekly payroll processing
- Weekly budgeting
- Sales Support and correspondence
- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Quarterly and year end performance reporting
- Utility and entertainment vendor account management
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Ad-Hoc project work for senior management
Events:
- Contract management
- Sales deck and file management
- Vendor booking and correspondence
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of office management experience, preferably in hospitality
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
