Bistecca by Il Mulino in Mount Airy Casino is interviewing candidates for Server positions. The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.

- Ability to greet tables, accurately take and confim orders, suggestively sell food items to compliment guest experience, use POS, prioritize work, deliver food, close checks and handle cash/credit card procedures
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
- Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Clear professional communication with the kitchen and front of house teams
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Accurately take and place guest orders in POS
- Handle cash, credit and comp transactions
- Open, close and settle all forms of payment
