Role Purpose: Together with the Account Executives implement strategic decisions and further develop our relationship with our main clients in Everest International Reinsurance Division (EMEA, Asia and LatAm). Develop client strategies and identify new areas of growth by analysing publicly available information like market, financial and solvency reports. Support the growth of Everest Re´s Strategic Reinsurance portfolio by preparing material on our product offering and by facilitating deal management. Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with Everest Underwriters around the globe to define an overarching client approach. Take an active role in strategic projects of Everest´s International Reinsurance Division to further grow the portfolio and to drive innovation. Perform analysis of key data and publicly available information to assist the Head of Strategic Reinsurance and Partnerships in defining and executing a client strategy for our main clients and to select target clients for our transactional business. Collect market intelligence to identify new business opportunities around Strategic Reinsurance Solutions Work together with external partners and brokers specialized teams to perform high-level market overviews and quantification of Solvency II relief effects Create main clients’ dashboards and prepare client reports and presentations to support client and broker meetings Prepare high class pitching material on Everest Re Structured Reinsurance Solutions to increase Everest´s footprint in this business segment Support in-house trainings on Structured Solutions and strategy workshops across different locations. Skills & Competencies: 3 – 5 years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills Good understanding of financial and regulatory reports of insurance companies. Good knowledge of Solvency II framework Knowledge on Structured Reinsurance Solutions an advantage Ability to assimilate quickly large amounts of information with a view to formulating corresponding business recommendations Good project management skills.
