Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, calendar management, project coordination, and file organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with personal assistant tasks for executives
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in AppFolio
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus
