Responsibilities:
Receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order.
Assist in Conducting monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material inform the supervisor regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
Organize airlines job requisition according to instruction given by the warehouse management.
Load and off-load of designated vehicles and perform other tasks assigned by the management based on operational needs.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.
Ensure that the drivers take the correct flight equipment/ beverage in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proactive and self-organized.
Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Able to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary with ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed.
