- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.
- Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions, while adhering to development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.
- Ensure that high-quality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Appian development team.
- Stay up-to-date with Appian platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge with the team.
- Strong experience working as an Appian Architect, with a focus on the technical and functional aspects of Appian software.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into Appian solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Appian Developers.
- In-depth knowledge of Appian development best practices and design patterns.
- Solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful Appian projects on time and within budget.
- Good documentation practices, ensuring accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
