A Behavior Technician works with children on the autism spectrum to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming in the home-based setting.
The peak hours for in-home behavior technicians are consistent Monday through Friday afternoons or early evenings for school-age clients, and occasionally weekends. There are extremely limited daytime hours available.
Each available position requires 10-30 hours per week depending on client needs and flexibility. Job location is within 20-60 minutes of posted location.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field, behavior analysis or a related field, plus one year of full-time equivalent experience providing ASD treatment services.
- OR have an associate’s degree or an equivalent number of credit hours with a passing grade from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field, behavior analysis or a related field, plus two years of full-time equivalent experience providing ASD treatment services. Such experience may occur at any time, including before, during or after receiving the associate’s degree or any combination thereof.
- Experience working with children (preferably children with autism and/or special needs)
- Maintain a valid driver's license in applicable state and own viable transportation
- Travel to and from assigned client homes
WHAT DOES A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN DO?
- Implements one-on-one ABA programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the client's home setting
- Collects and reports data for target behaviors to assigned BCBA supervisor
- Participates in behavior management programming for assigned clients
- Works with families and provides family training
- Participates in team building activities, meetings and ongoing training

- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Bilingual

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
