Responsibilities:
- Lead & inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained
- Manage daily operations and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction & increase sales
- Interact with guests in ensuring great guests experiences
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Bring a sense of innovation to the business
Requirements:
College degree or higher education preferred
Proven experience in a leadership role
Multiple Years of Leadership Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
