The Head Chef is responsible for but not limited to:
-Coordinating and delegating daily tasks and prep projects.
-Placing and receiving orders. Taking and mainting all inventories.
-Work with our Culinary Director on menu planning, product sourcing, prep and execution.
-Maintaining all station standards and pars for successful services.
-Closing and opening duties.
-Maintaining a positive, healthy and educational work environment.
-Demonstrating and sharing working food knowledge with all Batson River staff.
