Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chinese/English Bilingual Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for a driven professional who excels in fostering relationships and expanding market reach.



Key Goals:

  • Strategic Expansion: Spearhead efforts to refine and expand our firm's reach across Houston and Texas, developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Local Sales Strategy: Craft and implement localized sales strategies to generate revenue and enhance market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our investment and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach in targeting and securing potential investors.
  • Investor Engagement: Lead the sales team in creating seamless processes for prospecting, contacting, and engaging potential investors. Address their concerns and queries promptly to secure deals and ensure exceptional investor satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investment fund raising, investor inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communications, including pitch deck, corporate presentation, reports, and fund performance updates.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of fundraising activities, including drafting marketing materials and supporting investor meetings.
  • Maintain investor databases and ensure accuracy of investor records and contact information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and investment professionals, to gather information and fulfill investor requests.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing investor relations strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of investor events and conferences.
  • Familiar with Chinese is preferred


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential investors and leads through industry conferences, professional gatherings, and various outreach strategies.
  • Effectively manage CRM systems to track interactions and ensure accurate communication.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to introduce potential leads to our investment products.
  • Foster and secure new investor relationships through methods such as cold calling, networking, and participation in regional organizations and trade shows.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to expand relationships into other offerings and enhance investor retention.
  • Continuously strategize to improve business development tactics and investor satisfaction.
  • Educate both prospective and existing investors about the company’s offerings in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Regularly follow up with investors to ensure satisfaction with services, quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, key players, and market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • This position requires working from our Houston office.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Hunter mentality with core values in EOS
  • Experience fundraising on the equity or debt side
  • Ability to manage and grow relationships with elite individuals
  • Articulate and able to get your point across in a persuasive and enthusiastic manner.
  • 3 years of experience in investor relations, real estate, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of private equity and alternative investments preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

The compensation is heavily performance driven with a base salary range of $70K - $120K depending on experience.


Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and able to commute to Houston, TX.
