OPERATIONS ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
• book appointments
• collecting and entering customer information
• relay details to technicians
• make follow-up calls and reschedule appointments
• make outbound calls to generate bookings to fill the schedule
• maintain an organized office and work space
• create on call schedules
• distribute mail
• greet visitors
• receive deliveries and confirm accuracy
• lend a helping hand wherever needed to best support team members
• Associate degree or higher or 2 years applicable experience

• Clear background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen

• Valid driver's license & insurable by MSCO insurance carrier
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the internet based applications
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
