Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) who are energetic, and interested in working with a growing organization. We focus on providing high quality ABA services to children with Autism. We emphasize evidence-based treatment, strengths-based leadership, and a strong commitment to a team supported approach.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, accountability, and passion and are looking for motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team providing you the opportunity to work with other services provided through our clinic to provide full scope of client care to each patient and family.
**Position is primarily remote but Colorado residence is preferred**
BCBA Job Duties Include:
· Conduct developmental evaluations, write evaluation reports, and create individualized treatment plans
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments,
· Write behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing plan updates/reports
· Modify behavior plans and skill acquisition targets.
· Train and supervise behavior technicians
· Design, collect, graph, analyze and report client data
· Conduct parent training and workshops and monitor the consistent implementation of procedures by parents
· Collaborate with families, other service providers, and the entire ABA team to ensure program consistency
Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· A minimum of 3 years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
· Must be able to directly implement plans of care
· The BCBA candidate must have experience in creating treatment plans and conduction assessments including: VB-MAPP & ABLLS
· Great interpersonal and communication skills amongst therapy team, with families, school personnel, and other therapy providers
· Strong problem solving skills
· Approved by BACB to provide BCBA supervision
· Must be able to positively supervise behavior technicians
