About Your Team:
- Overseeing a team of 3-employees
- Working closely with our Sales Team of 12-employees
- Collaborating with a 15-member leadership team to guide ATBS forward
About the Opportunity:
- Lead the marketing team, setting high performance standards and aligning goals with company objectives
- Oversee ATBS' proprietary marketing distribution channels, brand strategy, digital marketing operations, and content creation
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive inbound lead generation
- Work with Outside and Inside Sales teams to increase sales conversion rates
- Ensure marketing initiatives consistently deliver positive ROI
- Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget to align with strategic priorities
- Optimize website performance and implement SEO strategies to expand reach and engagement
- Support sales by designing, maintaining, and managing effective new business strategies
- Manage channel partner relationships to capitalize on opportunities for client engagement and growth
- Enhance the ATBS customer experience by updating client-facing portals and communications to meet evolving needs and improve retention
About Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Experience in B to C marketing and client acquisition
