IT EHR Implementation Project Manager contractor to lead this initiative. This person would be hands-on, and embedded within the clinical team to ensure smooth EHR implementation.
- Location: Hybrid onsite in NYC
- Required: Excellent communication skills
- Target completion: April to June 2025
Responsibilities:
- Drive vendor selection process and facilitate demos.
- Evaluate technical system capabilities, representing needs.
- Project manage the implementation and coordinate with the vendor.
- Track progress, address risks, and hold team members accountable.
- Act as Business Analyst during implementation and system design.
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure successful system delivery.
- Plan and oversee user training.
Potential Additional Responsibilities (Optional):
- Review vendor security and disaster recovery documentation.
- Assist in contract negotiations.
