What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing/ Sales Assistant position at Access To media?
We are looking for a multi-tasker, independent thinker who takes initiative, willing to help in multiple areas and assist in our sales process. If you work well under pressure, have an analytical mindset, and are knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, we want to hear from you! Access to Media will train the right candidate if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interest in media/advertising sales
- MS Office Suite skills, including PowerPoint, with a strong focus in Excel a must
- Attention to Detail is a must!
- Must work well under pressure and multi task
- Work independently and/or as a team
- Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer Service a must
- Some sales experience
- Exemplary written/oral communication
- Good numerical and data management skills
- Basic Accounting skills a plus
- Marketing a plus
- Background in advertising or media (Radio, TV, Newspaper), would be a plus, but not necessary
- Think outside the box, have leader abilities and be prepared to do above and beyond assisting the company’s needs
- Not afraid to make calls to either vendors or clients
- Must be computer literate.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding for new clients, Create spreadsheet for confirmations and e-tear, Obtain Pre/Post Logs, reporting for clients, test creative and send to client for approvals, deadlines organization. Work with Account Manager/Account Executive on the client’s specific needs.
. Some inhouse social media posting
· Research and negotiation of media buys via telephone and email on a fast pace

· Coverage for different departments
