Job Summary:
As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative print and packaging designs that align with our brand standards and market goals. Your expertise in automotive or similar product design will play a key role in driving our projects from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality print materials and packaging, including but not limited to brochures, labels, and retail packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that designs meet corporate and functional objectives.
- Utilize industry best practices and new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Review and approve production materials, working closely with print vendors to ensure quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, especially in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on print and packaging design.
- Experience in the automotive industry or similar is highly preferred.
- Proficient with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes and technology.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
