```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the overall administrative activities of the office
- Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks
- Utilize accounting (SAGE)
- Conduct budgeting and financial planning activities
- Coordinate bank reconciliations and financial reporting
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of budgeting, account analysis, and account reconciliation
- Previous experience in accounts payable and clerical tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines
