Budtender

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
- Provide information on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and ensure register balances at the end of the shift
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Knowledge of computer operations for POS systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Leadership skills to guide customers through product selections
- Familiarity with various cannabis strains and products
