Summary/About the opportunity:
We are seeking an Operations Analyst Intern to join our Product and Technology (P&T) organization. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within P&T.
Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll get to do :
- Assist in managing headcount & software tracking forecasting, along with supporting SDLC processes, utilizing tools such as Excel, Jira, PowerBI, Miro, Trello, SharePoint, and Dayforce.
- Play a key role in content management on SharePoint/Confluence and perform basic Jira administration tasks.
- Support initiatives designed to improve finished product quality, including facilitating root cause analysis activities and expanding our proactive monitoring capabilities.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving operational processes and assist in planning and executing team and company events.
- Liaise with P&T leadership, Support, Implementation, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational reports, analytics, KPIs, and OKRs
- Hands-on experience in operations within a cutting-edge Product & Technology setting.

Qualifications/Skills and experience we value:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and basic familiarity with PowerBI and Jira.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
