In order to succeed at this level, when working with both management positions and positions more junior, a variety of skills are required.  A strong grasp of the following skills is needed to perform this role: Acute Care, Ambulatory Care, Antibiotic Therapy (ABT), Bilingual, Blood Samples, Central Line Dressing, Dressing Change, Electronic Health Records, Emergency Room (ER) Operations, HIPPA Compliance, Injections, IV Therapy, Monitoring Vital Signs, Multilingual, Pain Management, Patient Assessment, Patient Education, Patient History, Patient Monitoring, Seizure Precautions, Shunt Dressing Change, Tracheotomy Care, Wound Care, Medical Specialty: Pediatrics.  You would need to be proficient in the following: Clinical Communication and Collaboration Software, Clinical Documentation Software, Electronic health records (EHR) Software, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Software.  Although there may be many skills for success in this role, some companies may be willing to provide on the job training if you excel in other areas.
