As a key leader in our Employee Health Services department, you will have operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of the Employee Health Services department. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

•Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

•Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.

•Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

•State of FL RN Licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

•Functional knowledge of employee health and occupational health.

•Management experience with demonstrated successful track record.

•Knowledge of patient care practices and/or adult education principles.

•Ability to utilize hospital information systems (order entry, results reporting) and strong analytical skills.

Required License and Certs

•BLS:BasicLifeSupport/CPR

•FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
