**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor/Team Lead with Master Level Experience to join our dynamic team at FAME, Inc. This full-time position is based out of our Richmond, VA office. As a Supervisor/Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees to ensure the smooth operation and success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure they are meeting performance goals and objectives

- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to help them succeed in their roles

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize projects and tasks

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase team efficiency and effectiveness

- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements:**

- Master electrician or equivalent work experience

- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to read site plans

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

**Salary Range:**

$25 to $30 per hour
