Description/Job Summary

Supports all Pinnacle Bancorp Banks on incoming and outgoing wires. Keeps accurate records of wire contracts and/or agreements. Assist internal and external customers as needed.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution.
• Completes daily wire transactions for all Charters.
• Reviews and processes customer wire contracts for all Charters.
• Various other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred Skills

• Must be able to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
• Must have knowledge of windows based programs on either an IBM or Macintosh computer.
• Must have good customer service skills and telephone courtesy.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Wire Transfer and Fiserv preferred
• Accounting and bank experience are preferred.
