Inn at Middletown is looking for a full-time, experienced sales manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has great communication skills, and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales team and ensure that all sales goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing of the sale.
• Ensure that the sales process is efficient and productive.
• Work with Account Managers to ensure that all customers are contacted, answered, and moved forward.
• Ensure that all orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Manage the company’s salesforce database.
• Maintain a positive attitude, be flexible, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Oversee the training of new employees on how to sell in a number of locations (not just Middletown, CT).
• Be an excellent role model for your team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales Management preferred.
