Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Water Treatment Technician to deliver high-quality water treatment solutions to achieve the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Individual must be a problem solver and a motivated learner with a Vermont Plumbers License or working as an Apprentice Plumber presently. This position is a full time, hourly position with a generous benefits package.

This individual will report directly to our Field Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water treatment equipment service and installations while providing excellent customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with Technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Build positive relationships with customers

Person Specification:

• Plumbing experience required
• Ability to work well both independently and in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing
• An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
• The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals

*Hourly Wage commensurate with experience.*
