Description
SUMMARY
This position is accountable for managing owned and leased properties: to provide operational support for employed staff; to support the delivery of centralized services; and to mediate between owner and tenant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Collaborate with Centralized Services to maintain an optimal external and internal property management experience.
- Utilize the company car to perform move-out and property condition inspections two weeks out of every month.
- Work extensively in cloud-based management software performing accounting and other related property management tasks.
- Collaborate with tenants on HOA violations and non-payment of utility invoices.
- Assist the local housing authorities regarding rent assistance, property inspections and lease agreements.
- Provide receipts for rent payments made in the office as well as provide receipts to the Market Leader, REA and Transaction Coordinator for move-in funds, which will be recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service via telephone, email and Team’s chats.
- Own and streamline the management of property keys.
- Assist and report to the Property Manager while performing any other reasonable administrative tasks.

Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Must have a driver’s license, clean driving record and dependable transportation.
Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma, GED (Required), Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree (Preferred) or 1 years of experience in property management, finance or a related field.
