Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for displaying high quality home furnishings, accessories and home accents on showroom floors, based on the company's marketing, merchandising, and advertising initiatives. The Visual Associate works closely with a professional floor crew to create aesthetically pleasing designs consistent with current trends while effectively monitoring and tracking in-store inventory. This is a very hands-on role, requiring strong problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of being a self-starter who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires creativity, great attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend, crouch, push/pull large objects, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time.
