Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in working with facility management, strength & conditioning, one on one training, and team practices.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and managing our facility schedule, while maintaining the role of primary greeter when athletes come into our facility.
- Support our trainers and coaches.
- Help manage athlete behavior and ensure a safe training environment.
- Collaborate with experienced coaches/trainers in sports coaching sessions.
- Participate in co-leading strength & conditioning classes when needed.

Experience:
- Preferred experience working in customer service.
- Some knowledge of the sports baseball and softball.
- Previous experience in sports coaching and/or receptionist duties is beneficial.

This is an unpaid internship, but if an intern can provide us with a reliable schedule and work ethic their is an opportunity for payment.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $1.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
