The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Trade Show Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Your primary objective will be to generate leads by engaging with every attendee, sparking their interest in our booth, and enticing them to learn more about our products and services.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage with attendees to generate leads and drive foot traffic to our booth.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our air purification line and promotional giveaways, including cash drawings and major league sport tickets.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the booth to attract visitors and encourage interaction.
- Educate attendees about our products and services, addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Collect contact information and qualify leads to ensure quality and relevance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in the face of rejection.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of the booth and achieve collective goals.
- Assist with booth setup and teardown as needed.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred.
